  • All programs include personalized workout plans, nutritional guidance, mindfulness practices, and lifestyle coaching. 

    How long I recommend we work together may range generally from 3-12 months give or take, depending on your goals, time commitments, and more.

  • No special equipment is required to start, but a few inexpensive pieces may be helpful.

    I can design workouts that utilize your body weight or common household items. If you have access to a gym or specific equipment, we can incorporate those into your plan as well.

  • My online coaching check-ins involve submitting your weekly progress photos and filling out a short form detailing your week, all within the app. I will review your submissions and respond with personalized feedback and guidance, either in written format or through a Loom video or voiceover. 

  • We will have weekly check-ins. Each week, you'll submit your progress photos, any exercise videos, and a short form, and I will provide detailed feedback and adjustments to your plan based on your progress and any challenges you might be facing.

  • I will work with you to create a plan that respects your dietary restrictions and addresses any health concerns. Your safety and well-being are my top priority, and I’ll ensure that your program is safe and effective.

  • Results vary based on individual goals, consistency, and effort. Generally, you can start feeling improvements in your energy levels and mood within a few weeks. Visible changes in strength, endurance, and body composition typically follow with regular practice.
