My "why"
Because I know what it feels like to want more for yourself, but not know where to start.
I know what it’s like to try to do everything “right” and still feel stuck. To scroll through advice online and wonder which part actually applies to you. To feel like you have the desire, but not the system, structure, or support to follow through.
That’s why I coach.
I love helping people, whether they’re just getting started, getting back into it, or trying to finally break out of the cycle of crash diets and “starting fresh on Monday.”
My approach is realistic and holistic, because your health isn’t just about macros and workouts. It’s also about how you’re feeling mentally, emotionally, socially, spiritually, and even financially.
I work with beginners, former athletes figuring out what fitness looks like now, and anyone who wants to feel stronger, more confident, and more in control of their habits, without burning themselves out trying to be perfect and find a realistic and well-rounded approach to health.
What keeps me going is watching people surprise themselves. When a client lifts heavier than they thought they could, feels stronger in their body, or finally starts to believe they can stick with something—it’s the best part of this work. I get so much joy from watching those shifts happen.
I genuinely love learning and nerding out over new ways to support my clients. The more I grow, the more I get to pour back into them. I don’t believe in gatekeeping or quick fixes. I believe in giving you tools that actually work in real life.
I’m here to help you chip away at the walls that have kept you stuck, and build habits that feel aligned, not exhausting.
It is within you.
You might just need some support and structure to get there- and that’s where I come in.
My story
With a foundation rooted in a decade-long track and field journey from age 10 to a college-level at 21, my affinity for health and fitness has evolved but started young.
Transitioning from competitive running to strength training, I ventured into bodybuilding, achieving national qualification thrice since my debut in 2017. Over the past decade, I've immersed myself in the fitness industry, accumulating a wealth of experience as a personal trainer and nutrition coach, holding certifications in personal training, corrective exercise, and nutrition coaching and a few more in the works- including my 200hr Yoga Teacher Training!
My expertise extends beyond coaching; I've adeptly managed various facets, from crafting our website to overseeing e-commerce, social media content creation, and beyond. While online health and fitness coaching remain my central passion, I thrive as a versatile professional and “wearing many hats”.
Beyond my professional pursuits, I embody a realistic-holistic lifestyle. A former collegiate runner and national-level bodybuilder, I find joy in snowboarding, longboarding, paddleboarding, gardening, cooking, and eating delicious kitchen concoctions. After years of watching the sport, in 2024 I joined a rugby team and I have been obsessed!
My children (who take the form of French Bulldogs) have shown me that I can love something stronger than I knew possible. While I love them so much, I love all animals and nature deeply, and have been a vegetarian since 2010. I enjoy finding myself amongst the trees, but crave to be near water with salt in my hair.
Additionally, I indulge in a love for coffee (typically iced, always strong), plants, crystals, making things with my hands and as much as I thrive in the sunshine, I am quite the night owl.
Grounded in the belief of energy, manifestation, and affirmations, tied with practices of accountability, motivation, and discipline, I eagerly anticipate the opportunity to connect with you on your health and fitness journey.
