Online Coaching Agreement

Service Description:

The client has enrolled in the Online Coaching program offered by Coach Lexi/ Root Rise Flow LLC. This program includes personalized coaching, workout plans, nutritional guidance, and lifestyle advice delivered online.

Terms and Conditions:

Payment: The client agrees to pay the specified fee for the online coaching services. Payment is non-refundable and must be made in full or initial payment made before coaching services commence.

Coaching Package: The client will receive online coaching as outlined in the chosen coaching package. The schedule of check-ins and responses will be mutually agreed upon by the client and the coach.

Client Responsibilities: The client is responsible for providing accurate information about their health, fitness level, and any medical conditions. The client agrees to follow the coaching plan provided by the coach to the best of their ability.

Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep all information shared during coaching sessions confidential. This includes, but is not limited to, personal information, goals, and progress.

Disclaimer: The client understands that the results of any coaching program cannot be guaranteed. Individual results may vary based on various factors, including the client's adherence to the coaching plan.

Intellectual Property: All materials provided by the coach, including workout plans, nutritional guidance, and other resources, are the intellectual property of Coach Lexi and may not be copied, distributed, or shared without prior written consent.

Testimonials and Social Media/Advertising:

The client agrees to share progress photos and text updates related to their experience with the Online Coaching program for Coach Lexi/ Root Rise Flow LLC. These testimonials may be used for future social media posts, advertising materials, or promotional content. The client acknowledges that their personal information, including but not limited to their first name and testimonial content, may be shared publicly. Faces, last names, and other personal data will be concealed upon request.

Liability Waiver:

The client acknowledges that participation in the coaching program involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury. The client agrees to release Coach Lexi, as a program and a coach, from any liability for injuries or damages arising from participation in the coaching program.

Agreement Acceptance:

I have read and understood the terms and conditions outlined in this Online Coaching Agreement.
